Kody Shane Harvey grew up in Henderson, NV and he joined Brown Family Law Utah in 2022. Kody’s impressive background includes being the CFO for a division of Sinclair as well as a financial manager for the State of Utah where he managed a 7 billion dollar budget.

Kody is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. Kody enjoys working with numbers and statistics to bring clarity and resolution to our client’s financial issues as they relate to getting divorced. Kody also has a knack for implementing automation and procedures that help us to repeatedly produce accurate results for the people we represent.

When not at work, Kody enjoys golf, rock climbing, playing guitar, exploring new places and experiencing new cultures.
